Overview

Uber Eats Spending Tracker is a Chrome extension that helps users analyze their Uber Eats order history. This privacy policy explains how the extension handles user data.

Data Collection

The extension collects the following data only from the Uber Eats orders page (ubereats.com/orders) when the user explicitly clicks "Scan Orders":

• Order amounts and currency
• Order dates
• Number of items per order
• Order IDs (for deduplication)

Data Storage

• All data is stored locally on the user's device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API.
• No data is transmitted to any external server, API, or third party.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, transfer, or share any user data with third parties.
• We do not use user data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than displaying spending statistics to the user.

Data Deletion

Users can delete all stored data at any time by:

1. Clicking the "Clear data" button in the extension popup, or
2. Uninstalling the extension (which automatically removes all stored data).
